At B2PRO, we are committed to providing high-quality reciprocating saw blades and industrial cutting products designed for professional metal cutting, demolition, and recycling applications. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
By placing an order with B2PRO, you agree to the terms outlined below.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products that meet all of the following conditions:
• Product is unused and uninstalled
• Product is in original packaging
• Product shows no signs of cutting, wear, damage, or misuse
• Return request has been approved by B2PRO before shipping
• Proof of purchase or order number is provided
For safety and quality assurance reasons, all returned items are inspected before approval of refunds or exchanges.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
• Used reciprocating saw blades
• Products showing signs of installation or use
• Blades damaged through improper operation or misuse
• Custom logo or private-label products
• Special-order or bulk industrial orders
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Products altered or modified after delivery
Due to the nature of industrial cutting tools, products that have been used cannot be resold and therefore are not eligible for return.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact B2PRO within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, please provide:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of:
- The product
- Packaging
- Shipping label
- Visible damage or defect
Once reviewed and approved, B2PRO may offer:
• A replacement product
• Store credit
• Or a refund, depending on the situation
B2PRO reserves the right to inspect all claims before issuing compensation.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS WARRANTY
B2PRO products are covered against manufacturing defects only.
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal blade wear
• Improper installation
• Incorrect blade selection
• Excessive pressure or overheating
• Improper machine settings
• Damage caused during use
• Abuse, misuse, or negligence
Blade performance and lifespan vary depending on:
• Material being cut
• Cutting speed
• Equipment condition
• Operator technique
• Application environment
Normal wear during industrial use is not considered a manufacturing defect.
RETURN SHIPPING
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by B2PRO
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service
• B2PRO is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing may take 5–10 business days
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
B2PRO reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet return conditions.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if processing or production has not yet started.
Custom, private-label, and bulk production orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
B2PRO is not responsible for:
• Damage caused by improper use
• Equipment malfunction
• Improper installation
• Loss of productivity or downtime
• Indirect or consequential damages related to product use
Users are responsible for ensuring products are used safely and according to proper industrial practices.
